Available for testing on pre-live sites in the UK and Ireland on May 14, then going live on May 20. Released in the US on May 25. Generally the release is timed to commence at 21:00 UK/Ireland Release and 10:00 US release (UK times) and usually there is no loss in service as part of this Scheduled Engineering work. If we expect a transient loss in Service to occur this will be be within the opening 1 hour window of the release, and we would advise in the release notes.
govService UK/Ireland - Essential Database Maintenance
There will be an 8 hour downtime window on Tuesday 8th of June 2021 from 10pm to 6am. This will have no effect for US customers. Further Information here.
CaseViewer
As notified in Release 475 - a change to Case/task visibility will be implemented on all sites for CaseViewer:
1. Users in the View data group/static view data group will have read-only access to view ANY/ALL tasks in a case irrespective of whether the case is open or closed. This provides additional visibility on open cases. Previously, View Data groups only had visibility on closed cases. Users will NOT have permission to continue any tasks.
2. Any assigned user/group should be able to see any task that they had permission to action when open, even when the case is closed. (They do not gain visibility of any of the other tasks in the case, only the one(s) they were able to action via assignment.)

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue within 'Service > Inbox' where emails were automatically locking after being marked as read.
-
Patched a bug preventing tokens from being used to set the sender email address for a Saved form (this applies only to sites using the new Queue Processor). When constituents save their progress through a form, an email will be sent to their account through which they can access their saved form. (it can also be accessed via MyRequests). The 'From' address for this email is configured within 'Form (nor process) > Settings > Save Details > From Email' and will now accept tokens for sites using both the current and new Queue Processor.
- Previously, the Case View permission did not work unless also combined with the 'AF Designer' permission. With this release, the Case View permission allows users access to the Case View feature without requiring any additional permissions. This was an issue because the AF Designer grants more access than required for the Case View feature. For example, back-office teams may need to view all open tasks for a given case (as Case View allows) but may not need Form Designer access (as AF Designer allows). Read more about Case View and how it may apply to your organisation.
