This page contains release notes for the March 30, 2020 version of govDelivery:
  • You can now add a new "covid-19" interest tag to govDelivery topics related to COVID-19. Topics that are publicly listed and tagged with this interest will be automatically included in COVID-19 signups/networks provided by Granicus (for clients that are participating in the govDelivery Network). Read more about Sharing Your COVID-19 Communications.
The General Settings page of a topic, with the covid-19 interest tagged and highlighted

  • Created a script that can be placed on an agency's govAccess web page(s), allowing a subscriber to select their location and see a signup overlay with relevant COVID-19 subscription options. This will assist clients who are looking to assist citizens finding COVID-19 information most relevant to them. Read more about govAccess COVID-19 Subscriber Signup Widgets.
  • Improved the process for identifying and preventing subscriptions of "email-to-sms" style subscriptions.
  • When embedded, custom Subscriber Signups will no longer display a "Success" button on the final page of the subscriber journey. This will ensure that the page will not redirect once the subscriber has completed their subscription, and instead remain on the customer's webpage, as expected.
