Bug Fixes

• Minutes above 12:59:59 could not be timestamped in MediaManager post video processing.
• Performance Accelerator users could not make changes to folder distribution in order to remove files. 
• When saving SSO settings in MediaManager, line-breaks were being inserted into the "X509 Certificate" field.
• Users with read-only access for Events (this means they should not have access to specific events) were able to view specific events and their agendas by running a search in MediaManager.
