Boards and Commissions

Improvement

  • Various security enhancements and updates.

Bug Fixes

  • When viewing a people record or an application snapshot on the People or Applications page, users would see all questions on the board form even if the questions were limited to a specific board that the applicant had not applied to. Now when viewing a people record, users should see only questions related to boards that person has applied to, and when viewing an application snapshot, users should see only questions related to the board that application is for.
  • We have fixed an issue in user administration that was affecting both Boards and Commissions and Peak admins. In Peak, Admin no longer needs to be added to the Administrators group in the Granicus Platform in order to administer meeting bodies and people. If the site also has Boards & Commissions, they do not need a role under Tools/User Permissions in order to administer this data either.
  • The link to download an applicant's resume (if uploaded) did not appear when viewing an application on the Applications page.

MediaManager and Granicus Video

Improvement

  • Various bug fixes, security updates, and enhancements.

Bug Fixes

  • Minutes above 12:59:59 could not be timestamped in MediaManager post video processing.
  • Performance Accelerator users could not make changes to folder distribution in order to remove files.
  • When saving SSO settings in MediaManager, line-breaks were being inserted into the "X509 Certificate" field.
  • Users with read-only access fo Events (this means they should not have access to specific events) were able to view specific events and their agendas by running a search in MediaManager.

Peak

Improvement

  • Various security enhancements and updates.

Bug Fix

  • Document generation (e.g., cover pages, agenda reports and packets) for appropriate roles was not available when a user logged into Peak using Single Sign On.

Novus

Bug Fixes

  • Custom Title Fields and Item numbering in Novus were not being pulled into MediaManager upon export from Novus.
  • Clients will no longer get multiple sets of minutes if they click "Push To Minutes" in quick succession.
