You must have the Meeting Efficiency suite to use MinutesMaker. Contact your Account Manager for a demo or more details.

  1. Sign in to MediaManager. Granicus requires you to use Internet Explorer 8 or newer.
  2. Navigate to the Archives tab and select the archive folder containing the archive you wish to add minutes to.
  3. Select the archive.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Select the Minutes subtab.
  6. Click New.
  7. Enter a Document Name.
  8. Select Word Integrated to create the minutes using MinutesMaker.

  1. Select a minutes template from the Word Integrated drop-down menu.
  2. Click Create Document when you're finished. MS Word applies the selected template to the archive and presents the minutes document for editing. Please be patient; MS Word may take a few moments to load.
