Within the Integration manager it is possible to create language tokens to automatically translate form/process content when the Language Translation UI is being used and ensures that standard form content is translated across all forms/processes reducing the number of translations that have to be specified on a form by form basis.
To access Language Tokens from Integration Manager, the relevant Permissions will need to be granted from Permissions Manager for Integrations

Adding Language Tokens

Selecting + New Language Token will open a form to set the standard translated content which will then be applied for ALL forms where translation UI is used.

The addition of the token blue into french - means that whenever blue appears as a label/mandatory message on a form that is to be translated into French - the word will be translated to bleu.
Accessing Translation UI
The Translation UI allows the user to translate the form directly. First of all, the user will need to select the relevant language from Form Settings

Then the form designer can add translations on field by field basis, but where a language token has previously been added as above - these will automatically be translated eg "This field is required" and "blue" below:

Example content that can be translated using Language Tokens:
- Are you sure you want to navigate away? All progress in this form will be lost.
- Add Record
- This field is invalid
Care should be taken where labels maybe used ambiguously across forms - as translations may not always be appropriate if used globally
