Generally the release is timed to commence at 21:00 UK/Ireland Release and 10:00 US release (UK times) and usually there is no loss in service as part of this Scheduled Engineering work. If we expect a transient loss in Service to occur this will be be within the opening 1 hour window of the release, and we would advise in the release notes.
At times, Granicus will deprecate or "sunset" certain products or features that are no longer maintained, or have been replaced by a newer feature. Realtime Reporting
The Realtime Reporting module for govService is a structured database allowing users to connect a reporting/BI tool to quickly create dashboards and reports. Unlike data dump which provides an unstructured dump of all the processes, cases, and forms into individual tables, this solution provides a structured format that allows users to easily query and build BI reports with minimal intervention from technical resources.

PaymentUS
PaymentUS is a third party payment gateway that integrates to govService.
Improvements
Added a Cookie in Service. In the future, this will help us enable Caseviewer to work in Service.
Added optimizations to file upload. In the future, this will help us increase file size limits.
Added HTML validation to email content in self admin, which prevents saving invalid email content. Existing invalid HTML is now highlighted when a modification is attempted. New invalid HTML is prevented altogether following this change.
Inverted the order of the Edit and Delete buttons to make them more intuitive and accessible for keyboard-only users. Note: For customers with custom styling applied, there is potential that this can cause styling issues. Testing in pre-live is recommended for customers with custom styling on subforms.
