Article Details
Available for testing on pre-live sites in the UK and Ireland on July 23, then going live on July 29. Released in the US on August 3.

Generally the release is timed to commence at 21:00 for the UK/Ireland Release and 10:00 for the US release (UK times). Usually there is no loss in service as part of this Scheduled Engineering work. If we expect any loss in Service to occur, this will be be within the opening 1 hour window of the release, and we will advise in the release notes.

govService Platform Improvements

  • Updated the FAQ component so it can now be used by keyboard alone.
  • Made performance improvements to the payments auto-reconciliation feature.
  • Changed the default time after which escalations will be triggered. It is now sixty minutes, increased from zero. This prevents an issue where processes with no defined escalation period were escalating instantly, creating thousands of tasks. This change will not affect processes with either a defined escalation period, or no escalations at all.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug preventing the user-profile Reporting option from appearing. The link will now be available (for Reporting users only) via the Citizen Portal.
