Article Details
Available for testing on pre-live sites in the UK and Ireland on July 9, then going live on July 15. Released in the US on July 20.

Generally the release is timed to commence at 21:00 for the UK/Ireland Release and 10:00 for the US release (UK times). Usually there is no loss in service as part of this Scheduled Engineering work. If we expect any loss in Service to occur, this will be be within the opening 1 hour window of the release, and we will advise in the release notes.

govService Platform Improvements

  • As an update to govService GDPR functionality, saved Forms will be retained for a default of 30 days, after which they will be automatically deleted. This retention period can be configured from within the Compliance Console.
  • Background updates to improve CaseViewer performance.
  • Background system updates to improve monitoring.
  • Updated the FAQ component and admin screen within the Customer Service Hub to improve accessibility.
  • Updated My Requests to achieve faster loading speeds.
  • Removed superfluous identification around the Cancel and Submit buttons to improve the experience for those using screen readers. This may affect custom styling on the Cancel and Submit buttons.

Bug Fixes

  • Previously, payment Integrations occasionally returned a generic reference code ('REF/FSPA-NEW') rather than the reference code provided by a given payment connector. We have fixed this intermittent bug and the correct payment reference will now appear within Integration logs.
