CaseViewer

Improvements

As part of performance improvements the three default views will now sort by case created date, not task due date. This is because the majority of cases do not have task due dates defined. For customers who wish to use task due date, simply edit the view via CaseViewer Admin as required. Customer Filters are not affected.
 

govService Platform

Improvements

• Added case ratings table to the Realtime Reporting Beta.
• Updates have been made to security with this release. There will be no functional changes for users, however background security has been improved.
•  Made background changes to dependencies used by the platform. These changes will have no functional impact for users.

Bug Fixes

• The color contrast for the hyperlink found on the Cookies message has been updated to meet WCAG AA guidelines.
• A recent Security update prevented the uploading of Visio files (.vsdx). We have updated our file scanning to allow the uploading of these file types, with no impact to Security coverage.
