Enhancements: Custom Signups
If we have made a custom signup for you, you may have noticed the familiar Granicus Network step just before the final Success step. We've made some changes so that subscribers will now see the Success message for your signup before they see the option to join the network. The network has been added to the bottom of the Success step, and it has been simplified so that it is a single checkbox to opt-in, instead of the list of network accounts. This enhancement is part of an upcoming release, and will not yet be available to most clients.
Bug Fixes
There is a known issue where AT&T customers are not receiving 2-factor authentication codes for their govDelivery accounts via SMS. As part of resolving this issue, we have updated our notifications to send these 2-factor authentication messages from a 5-digit short code instead of a 10-digit long code.
