We have resolved an issue where clients with large numbers of subscribers would occasionally see slowness in the application when scheduling a bulletin to send at a later date.
We have resolved an issue that occurred when viewing a category's assigned topics within govDelivery (note: this issue did not occur on public subscription pages). On this page, the list of topics assigned to a category were not displaying in the order they were assigned/set to appear on the public subscription pages. With this change a category's topics display in order of their number/position within the category.
