New Feature: Landing Pages
Sometimes a bulletin isn't enough. Landing Pages are a new way to share content with subscribers quickly and effectively, by associating a customizable webpage with a bulletin. Landing pages are a great solution when you want to:
- Direct bulletin readers to a customized govDelivery webpage with styling that matches your agency's brand standards.
- Simplify your bulletin while engaging subscribers with more information.
- Track clicks and engagement from your bulletin to landing pages.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Reports Pro API did not observe the same offset range as the UI when including a start_date and end_date. For example, the UI report for May 19 to May 19 would return bulletins from 12:00:00 AM to 11:59:59 PM of May 19, while Reports Pro API returned only midnight of May 19 (missing the other 23 hours and 59 minutes of a day). The Reports Pro API has now been updated to match the UI.
- Fixed a bug where the recipient count for a bulletin was not always accurately reflected prior to send, if a specific audience criteria condition was met.
- The v1 API was not respecting the setting to not send a welcome notification upon adding a subscriber in some specific circumstances. This has been fixed.
