Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where link tracking parameters would be overwritten by the account default parameters on send, even when the default parameters had been removed from a specific bulletin in the campaign.
- Fixed a bug where users with the "Report Viewer" role were able to create, copy, and edit bulletin drafts. This role should not allow users to work with bulletins in any way.
