New Features and Enhancements
For compliance with FedRAMP, Enterprise Admins will no longer expire without notification – now when they expire, a Security Compliance Officer (SCO) designated by your organization will be notified that the admin has expired, so that they can decide to remove their access, or work with the expired admin to regain access.
Shared Bulletin Pages
Bulletin Landing Pages are now referred to as "Shared Bulletin Pages" in order to align with industry terminology and to clarify that these web pages represent an archive of what the published, web-hosted version of the email looks like. These pages are the 'Shared Bulletin Views' in the Account Performance Report, and the publishing / unpublishing of these web pages is managed under the 'Sharing' tab of the Bulletins area.
Advanced Bulletin Editor (ABE) Templates
- Default background color and image are now set in Row Defaults, and not in Column Defaults (Figure 1). This change was made because row background styling provides a better result than column background styling.
Figure 1
- Section columns are now nested beneath their rows (Figure 2). To style an individual column, expand the row that contains the column, and then expand the column you are styling.
Figure 2
- The display of section controls (move, lock/unlock, and delete) has been updated to meet the ADA recommended contrast ratio.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug that would cause an error when trying to send an A/B test campaign.
- Fixed a bug occurring when a user requested the recipients for a bulletin with over 1,000 recipients. Previously, the user would either not receive the expected email or the downloaded file would be empty.
