Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug preventing previews of advanced bulletin templates if the 'topic unsubscribe' macro was detected. This was because a template cannot be associated with a topic, so the macro could not successfully expand. We have addressed this so that template previews will be successful, and will not produce an error.  

• Previously, if an account had Global questions (questions not restricted to a specific topic or topics) assigned a question order, those were the only questions appearing to subscribers. This bug has been fixed so that all questions will now appear to subscribers.
