Improvements and Enhancements

govAccess CMS users can send email notifications with govDelivery when posting News, Calendar events, RFPs, or Job posts through govAccess. To streamline this process and control which CMS users have access to this feature, govAccess super users can now assign content groups to specific govDelivery topics. This ensures that these topics will only display to users based on their content group. For more information, see these articles: Additionally, users of the Send by govDelivery feature will now be notified if the content has already been sent as a bulletin before sending another.

Bug Fixes

  • Various bug fixes, improvements, and enhancements.
  • Updated the process for canceling an event registration to include an additional confirmation step. This is to prevent any inadvertent cancellations.
  • We received reports that when re-sending an eNotification, hyperlinks to documents were broken and missing the domain in the URLs included in the eNotification. We've fixed this issue and the hyperlinks should work as expected.
  • Increased the readability of email form submission copy by updating spacing.
  • Updated the Calendar header for enhanced accessibility.
