New Features and Enhancements

Attendance Tracking Updates 

• We've modified counts on the attendance tracking member preview so that they include numbers from meetings that have already occurred only; canceled meetings are omitted.

• Attendance information can be found on both the the Appointment page (user appointment record) and the People page (user application). The attendance information is displayed under each appointment record separated by board. For each record, the number of meetings attended out of the total meetings that have occurred during the current year will be listed, along with the number of total absences broken down by excused and unexcused.

New Reports for Attendance Tracking (XLSX) 

• All Boards: The All Boards Attendance Report will have attendance information for each board within the workbook, with each individual board report on its own worksheet. The report will include attendance data only for the current calendar year. You can generate this report by navigating to Documents > Generate Document and clicking the All Boards Attendance Tracking Report XLSX link under the quick report section on the right. You can also select the report in the Select Template drop-down menu under the System-Wide tab. 

• Individual Board: Within this report, you will find attendance information for each active board member along with the totals for absences. The report will include attendance data only for the current calendar year. You can generate this report by navigating to the attendance page of any board and clicking the Download Board Attendance as Spreadsheet button.

Citizen Application

• Answers to the single-select, multi-select, map, and district questions on the application will now be preserved even if a particular answer has been removed as an option going forward. These answers will also be included in all reports. If you edit the question and select a different answer option, the preserved answer will be replaced and will no longer be accessible.

Bug Fixes

• When you're editing appointment terms, start and end dates now change to N/A only when the No Term option is selected. When a different option is selected, the original term start and end dates will be preserved rather than changing to N/A as before. 

• Generated packets will once again display the packet generation time as the current time (Pacific Time).
