Updated language for when an administrator account is locked. The new language better clarifies that password reset requests are not available while an administrator is locked out and to contact support for assistance accessing the account before the lock out expires.
Updated the captcha service used by govDelivery to improve performance and prevent some limited scenarios in which a subscriber might incorrectly encounter an error due to captcha.
Bug Fix
Corrected an issue where modifying the columns selected in the Bulletin Analytics Report could cause the the "Search" button to no longer appear on the page.
