New Feature and Enhancements

Preview Templates

  • Admins can now preview their templates in Advanced Bulletin Editor (ABE). Check out the new Preview button in the image below.

After clicking Preview, you will be able to view your template and see how it will look to recipients. It is important to note that by clicking the Preview button, your template or bulletin will not be saved.

Miscellaneous Advanced Bulletin Editor Enhancements

  • Text and Image + Text content blocks will have a more consistent line height while in edit mode. This subtle effect will only be noticed for templates and bulletins that do not have their own line height coded into their layout.
  • Image + Text content blocks will be more visually similar in the editor to what they will look like in the resulting email.
  • While an Image + Text content block is being edited, it will be more visually similar to what it looked like before it was put into edit mode.
  • When an image is moved from a wider to a more narrow container, the image will be automatically resized so that it does not exceed the bounds of the narrower container.

Bug Fixes

Advanced Bulletin Editor

  • Fixed a bug where broken links occurred in table of contents. This was caused by the content block duplicating the anchor IDs of different headings.
  • Advanced table properties pop-up box appeared in the center of the content block, and for very long content blocks, the user often had to scroll to find it. Now the advanced table properties pop-up box appears relative to the user's window.
  • Pasting text from Word was overriding some style branding, including font color and style. Now only those styles that do not affect branding, such as links, bold, italics, and underlines, will be preserved when pasting text from Word.
