Updated Password Policy

On Wednesday, January 16th, a new password policy will go in effect for MediaManager and all accounts that use MediaManager to log in. Following are the new requirements: 

• Minimum of 12 characters that includes at least:
  • One upper case letter
  • One lower case letter
  • One symbol
  • One number
• Password must be changed every 60 days
• Can only change your password once every 24 hours
• New password must be different from your last 24 passwords

iLegislate users: Please download the most recent version of the desktop or tablet app, then go to MediaManager to reset your password.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug in Granicus Video where accounts that had Video Anywhere enabled were not able to use Granicus Caption System.
