Bug Fixes
- Fixed the regression that prevented WeGovern from detecting Digital Boardroom sessions.
- Updated Minutetraq to always check if the cache directory exists before attempting to write to it. This will help prevent users from receiving the "Could Not Find a Part of the Path" error message when opening the agenda wizard.
