This article contains release notes for the October 19, 2019 release of Boards and Commissions.
Improvements
The following improvements have been made to existing features:
- Added quotation mark delimiting to our CSV exports to make columns within CSV exports more predictable for when they are imported into another system or application outside of Granicus.
- Previously, when exporting records from the People page, you would receive an export with all the records. Now, the export will only contain those records that are filtered.
- When an applicant opened an application the the system created a new People record, even before the applicant entered their email address or name. Now, the system will only create a new People record when the email address has been entered by the applicant. Exception: Admins can continue to create new People records without email addresses.
