Improvement
The following improvement was made to an existing feature:
- Custom emails can now be sent using templates that do not have an assigned trigger. This is helpful when you need only need to send an email once and to a specific person.
Bug Fix
The following bug has been fixed:
- When publishing an agenda packet from Boards and Commissions to Legistar, a success message was being displayed even when the packet was not successfully published to Legistar.
