Introduction to the 'Overview' report

The Overview report is located on the Reports tab in MediaManager and includes data on page views for all your public-facing pages, including live and archived media streams. Data collected includes total page views, total visits, total unique visitors, and the percentage of users accessing your public-facing pages from desktop or mobile. This report is helpful because it allows you to see how your public-facing content is performing over a selected period of time.

Description

Total Page Views

  • Viewing any number of pages in one calendar day (between midnight and midnight) counts as one visit.
  • Viewing pages on one day, and then coming back the next day, counts as two visits.
  • Once the user closes their browser, the visit is considered over.

Total Unique Visitors

The total number of individual people who have viewed your Granicus content one or more times over the selected time period.
