Resolution
Example: A user is a member of the Planning Clerk and School Clerk user groups. The Planning Clerk group has read only access to a particular folder, and the School Clerk has read/write access to the same folder. In this example, the user has read/write access to the folder, as granted by his or her membership in the School Clerk group.
Note: You cannot set permissions at an individual user level. The user must be a member of a group.
