This article explains how to swap videos between two selected archives. You can either follow the video or written instructions below.
Administrators can use the Swap Video button under the Archives tab to swap the video file, duration, and status of two selected files.
- Under the Archives tab, ensure that the archives are uploaded in the same folder.

Select the folder, then select the two archives you want to swap by clicking each to highlight it.

Click the Swap Videos button, and click OK when you see the confirmation message. This will also swap the duration and status for the archives. Your minutes and agendas will overlay to the new video file. You can confirm this by viewing the log.
Note: Please use the same video file format when swapping archives.
