Public Events Changed to Pending after E Release

After the E Release upgrade, my Public events in MediaManager are now all set to Pending. What's going on?

As part of the events migration we conducted for the E release, we converted all events with a status of Public to Pending. Since this was such a large change in the events workflow, we didn't want to make any assumptions that all events marked Public were actually intended to be added to the View page after the migration. Because the automatic publishing of all events marked Public could have led to a large buildup of unwanted/unintended events on your View page, we decided it would be best to ask that you make that decision on a per-event basis.
