To filter eComments by meeting, select a meeting from the drop-down list provided in the Meetings filter field (the default is All Meetings). The eComments submitted only to agenda items for that meeting are displayed.
Note: Click Reset Search to display all meetings and user locations again.
The eComment reports are generated based on the filters and are adjusted accordingly. For example, if you select a specific location and All Meetings, you can click Download PDF or Download CSV to generate a report that will only show comments submitted across all meetings with eComment enabled at that location. Additionally, if you select a specific meeting and click Download PDF or Download CSV, the generated report will only include comments submitted to that meeting.
