Resolution
The Granicus Encoding Appliance is set in the BIOS to power on automatically after a power failure. This includes any situation where the ATX power was not properly called to terminate (i.e., Windows shutdown). In the event the power is removed or interrupted, the system will automatically trigger the power supply to start up as soon as power is restored.
