Server Interfaces are used for intelligent routing; they identify the message and send it to the proper destination. Complete the following steps after opening a server for editing:
Click the Interfaces subtab.
Confirm the Interfaces for (Server Name) page opens.
Enter a Name for the Server Interface.
Enter the Interface IP address of the server.
Set the Beginning and Ending IP Range of the server.
Select the Allow file transfers on this interface checkbox.
Note: This checkbox allows other servers to make inbound requests to either upload or download media files from the interface. If this checkbox is not selected, no requests to upload or download can be made.
Click Add Server Interface.
Setting the Interface for Your Server
Confirm a Server Interface Added message appears.
Confirm a new Server Interface appears in the Active Server Interfaces section of the page. Note: Multiple servers can be entered if a range of IPs need to be set.
