We have a lot of events, and, to cut down on clutter in the site, I'd like to be able to hide some of them from certain groups. I'd also like to give certain user groups read-only access to specific events. How can I do this?

To assign permissions for events, complete the following steps:
Navigate to the Events tab.
Click the name of the event you wish to edit. This opens the event for editing.
Click the Permissions subtab. You'll see three list-to-list boxes containing the names of different MediaManager user groups (i.e., Clerks, Administrators, IT, etc.).
Use the Arrow buttons to move the user groups to the boxes with the permissions you wish to apply to that group. The three permission levels are outlined below:

No Access
Groups in this box will be unable to view or edit this event
Read/Write Access
Groups in this box can both view and edit this event
Read Access
Groups in this box can view the event, but cannot edit it
