Why can't I find the archive on the View page even though I've already created an event, loaded an agenda, and the meeting is over?
Resolution
If you have completed all the above steps, but your archive is still not appearing on your View page, check the Archive Status setting. If this setting is not set to Public, your archive will not appear on the View page.
To check the Archive Status setting:
Click the Archives tab.
Select an archive (it becomes highlighted), then click Edit. The Basic subtab opens for that event.
Verify that the Public option is selected in the Status field. If it isn't, select it and click Save Properties.
After completing the above steps, wait a few minutes and then reload the Archives tab. If the archive is still not appearing, please contact Granicus Customer Care.
