The eComments tab enables you to review and analyze eComment statistics. The page includes the following features:

Statistics

Display the number of meetings, the number of agenda items, the number of comments on agenda items, and the number of times users have stated their positions (Support, Neutral, or Opposed). You can click Hide/Show to hide the statistics; if you do this, click Hide/Show again to display the statistics again.

Pie charts and bar charts

Reflect overall sentiment (Support, Oppose, or Neutral), and sentiment by user location, based on IP address. You can click Hide/Show to hide the charts; if you do this, click Hide/Show again to display the charts again.

All Meeting Settings button

Click this button to access the Meeting Settings page, which enables you to edit meeting settings. 

Filter Fields

Enables you to filter the meeting data by meeting and user location.

Download PDF button

Enables you to download an eComments report as a PDF file. The top of the report lists all meetings and meeting times, and lists the number of agenda items, comments, and positions associated with each meeting. It also includes graphs that display user sentiment for all meetings based on comments that have user location data. The rest of the report displays comments and sentiment for agenda items associated with each meeting, and includes graphs that display sentiments for comments that have user location data.

Download CSV button

Enables you to download an eComments report as a CSV file. The report displays the agenda item, the user name, email address, and location of the person who submitted the comment, the comment itself, the person’s position (Support, Neutral or Oppose), and the date and time the comment was received.

eComments table

Enables you to filter by meetings and user locations. The table includes the meeting name, agenda item, the user who submitted the comment, the comment itself, the user's position (i.e., support, neutral, or opposed), and the date and time the user submitted the comment. You can click the meeting name to view statistics and charts that reflect only that meeting, preview the eComments page, and make comments visible to the public (or hide them) for that meeting. 

Speaker requests table

Enables you to view the citizens who have signed up to speak at meetings. The table includes the meeting name and the agenda item associated with the speaker request, the username of the citizen who submitted the request, and the date and time they submitted it.
