How do I add hyperlinks to a minutes document in MediaManager?

Resolution

To add hyperlinks to your minutes documents, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Archives tab.
  2. Open the archive for editing, and select the Agenda subtab.
  3. Click the agenda item to which you'd like to add a hyperlink. 
  4. In the Name/Subject field, select the text you'd like to turn into a link.
  5. Click the Insert/edit link button on the toolbar.
  6. Enter the Url.
  7. Edit the text to display if desired.
  8. Select a Target (this will tell the browser whether to open the link in a new window or the same one).
  9. Click Ok.
  10. Click Save Changes.
