Legistar and Insite
- We have added a setting to control whether or not file IDs show as links in editable RTF reports where the corresponding PDF report shows file IDs as links.
- We have changed the wording of the Tools menu option for delete agenda, agenda packet and minutes to say Unpublish Agenda from Insite, as it was previously confusing for users.
- We have fixed issue with ampersands rendering incorrectly in the Action Details field on Insite.
- We have fixed an issue that caused Legistar users using the Clearcaster to get duplicated lines after importing.
- In Insite, when viewing a member's voting record, we added a column showing the meeting body in which the items were voted on.
MediaManager and Granicus Video
- For LiveCast customers, we have added Simulcast streaming. With Simulcast streaming, Clearcasters can be configured to simultaneously stream meetings to your YouTube channel or Facebook page. Simulcast streaming must be configured by Granicus Support.
Peak
- We have fixed an issue on Peak workflows so that the Completed date now correctly shows when the phase is completed (all approvers have approved) and matches the date in the item history tab (see screenshot below).
- We fixed an issue on the Peak attachments not ready modal when generating an agenda packet that showed HTML on Item titles for customers that use Rich Text Editing, instead of the item titles themselves. It has been updated to correctly display the item title (see screenshot below).
