Boards and Commissions

  • Corrected an issue where photos uploaded to applications or profiles would appear cut off or cropped in exports.

iLegislate

  • Various security improvements and enhancements.

Legistar and InSite

Legistar

  • Added a message warning users that all minutes will be overwritten when importing from Media Manager. The message will appear whether or not there is actually data to import.

InSite

  • Fixed an issue where meeting location links without a note would not be clickable. Now users can click the link whether the meeting contains a note or not.
  • Previously, the agenda packet column was only shown on the Calendar page. We have enhanced it to also show on the department details page.

Media Manager and Granicus Video

  • Fixed a bug where Attachment links in Basic Search opened in a popup window instead of a new tab. Advanced Search results will now include attachments in the returned search results.
  • Fixed a bug where editing player templates would redirect to Media Manager's login page instead of allowing player edits.
  • Fixed a bug where links to Minutes documents were not returning for Basic Search results. This does not impact Advanced Search.
  • Fixed a bug where View Page Search results did not return the correct date for Archives created from Events.
  • Fixed a bug where modern browsers blocked download links of archive videos from the Video Anywhere and Video Now players.
  • Fixed a bug where Media Manager's user group 'Administrators' could not view or edit the basic details of Encoders.

Peak

  • When updating details for a Meeting Body in Peak, the SAVE and CANCEL buttons now correctly become enabled when changes are made, allowing a user to save or cancel changes.

SpeakUp

  • Updated the query for displaying votes on a SpeakUp user's profile. Twenty of the most recent votes will be displayed in order to improve performance.
  • You can now record more than thirty eComments on an agenda (whether on a single item, or across the agenda) and they will be shown on iLegislate Desktop.
