Legistar and Insite
- We are adding the ability to publish HTML accessible agendas and minutes in Insite.
To enable, please contact Granicus support to update any custom reports to enable the accessible format.
InSite will now show columns for ADA compliant and PDF agendas and minutes. The InSite columns default label is Accessible Agenda and Accessible Minutes but can be renamed by Granicus support.
When publishing an agenda or minutes, a security log entry is added to indicate whether an accessible agenda/minutes have been published.
Launching the accessible agenda or minutes in Insite will show an accessible report that passes the Wave tool.
When deleting from Legistar or Insite, both the PDF and Accessible HTML will be removed.
