Boards and Commissions
- We have resolved an issue with embedded public widgets that prevented the search feature from working in multiple browsers.
- Various security updates and improvements.
Legistar and Insite
- We have enabled Google Translate for transcript pages in Insite. This feature is supported on Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. Internet Explorer does not show the add in.
- We have added a setting to allow a Google Translate plugin to be included on accessible agenda/minutes reports.
- We have removed mediaplayer.swf (Flash Media player) from the Legistar download due to it no longer being supported. From Adobe: "Since Adobe no longer supports Flash Player after December 31, 2020 and blocked Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021, Adobe strongly recommends all users immediately uninstall Flash Player to help protect their systems."
- We have added the ability to produce Minutes packets, just like we currently have for Agenda Packets. When the Minutes Packet Single PDF setting is enabled, a new dropdown menu option appears in the Minutes module report called Minutes Packet (Single PDF).
New settings in the Minutes module of system settings include:
- Minutes Packet Single PDF
- Print Attachments Cover Page As
- Cover Bookmark Name Format
- Attachment Bookmark Name Format
This feature shares the setting for collation page numbers.
Peak
- Exporting agenda items as a CSV report now shows rich text area custom fields with text content only as opposed to including the HTML formatting tags.
