Designate a third sponsor

You now have the option to specify a third sponsor designation in Associations > Sponsor.

Disable option removed

We have removed the Disable option for checkboxes in Admin > Label Settings > Legislative Files > Attachments and Details. Since those settings depend on other functionality, they cannot be disabled.

Web API

We have added 16 fields to the Person endpoint.

It is now possible to access non-public bodies when supplying a WebAPI key.

Bug Fix

In some databases, the administration description for ATS and OLS email template variables was listed twice. We've corrected this, and the description now displays properly.
