Boards and Commissions
Improvements
The following improvements have been made to existing features:
- Added quotation mark delimiting to our CSV exports to make columns within CSV exports more predictable for when they are imported into another system or application outside of Granicus.
- Previously, when exporting records from the People page, you would receive an export with all the records. Now, the export will only contain those records that are filtered.
- When an applicant opened an application the the system created a new People record, even before the applicant entered their email address or name. Now, the system will only create a new People record when the email address has been entered by the applicant. Exception: Admins can continue to create new People records without email addresses.
IQM2
Bug Fix
The following bug has been fixed:
- Key phrase searches in MinuteTraq clients and web portals returned results that did not match the exact phrase being searched.
Legistar and Insite
Improvements
Following are improvements made to existing features:
- Updated the error message a user receives when logging into Legistar with the incorrect user name. The message now says "Incorrect username" instead of "Legistar is unable to find your security license", which caused a lot of confusion previously.
- Clients can now restrict a file's agenda date by either Date or Controlling Body and Date when using the file submission deadline feature. The setting is located in System Settings > Agendas > Restrict Closed Agenda Date By.
Bug Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed:
- Added support for the Action Note email template variable so that if it is added to the ATS Individual Review Request or Delegation emails templates, it will now show up in those emails.
- Decreased the time it takes to re-export a meeting to MediaManager.
- Added X-Frame-Options to prevent ClickJacking attempts.
- An error message was appearing in certain scenarios when editing the text file in an approval sequence.
- Insite links to a specific timestamp of a MediaManager video were not opening in Internet Explorer.
MediaManager and Granicus Video
Improvement
The following improvement was made:
- Improved the accessibility of our product by preventing our search result page from auto refreshing.
Bug Fixes
The following bugs were fixed:
- Events in Media Manager were not saving for clients in the Alaskan timezone.
- Clients using single sign on credentials were not directed to their default apps
- In View Page Template Designers, special characters such as apostrophes, were being displayed as HTML.
- Links to a specific timestamp for a video would not open on Internet Explorer.
Novus
Bug Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed:
- Supplemental agendas were not appearing on the mobile site.
- When Agenda Items are pushed to Minutes, the order of some items was reversed.
Peak Agenda
Improvement
The following improvement has been made:
- Peak Minutes can now be unpublished from view pages.
