Bug Fixes

  • If a drafter has view access to an agenda, they will see a pencil icon on item cards. This is consistent with the icon they see on the ITEMS screen list.
  • When creating an agenda item, only future dates will display in the Meeting Date field. Previously, past meetings were displaying. Note: Because New Version/Duplicate create a new version/item in one action and put the drafter in edit mode, the meeting date field will continue to show past dates. If the drafter uses this method, they will still have to scroll through the past dates to put the new amended version/item on a future meeting.

SpeakUp

Improvements

  • Various security fixes and enhancements.
  • Added SpeakUp profile questions and user's complete address to the request to speak export (CSV). And, updated the speaker export column order to more closely align with the eComment export.
