Boards and Commissions
Bug Fixes
- The 'Boards applied to" was not appearing in the Application PDF Packet. Applicant's personal information (such as phone number or interests) were also not appearing on the Application PDF or Application PDF Packet.
- The Applications and People pages will each display a flag that shows how many new Application or People records have been created in the last 7 calendar days. No flag will be displayed if this count is zero. When clicked, the flag will redirect to the appropriate page and display the new records. This corrects an issue where the new flag for Applications was appearing on the People tab.
Legistar and Insite
Bug Fix
- When accessing alerts from the meetings details page, users received a 'Page you requested was removed' message.
Novus
Bug Fix
- When exporting agendas from Novus to MediaManger, attachments were not displaying in MediaManager.
Peak
Improvements
- Security upgrades and enhancements.
- Improved the UI for when an agenda coordinator uploads their own custom agenda in Peak. Now, the UI will give confirmation when the upload is successful and provide a clear message when publishing the agenda and agenda packet to the web.
Bug Fix
- Access to Peak via the platform's SSO capability allows document generation (e.g., cover pages, agenda reports and packets) for appropriate roles. Previously, document generation was being blocked for this access with a Slim Application Error.
