Bug Fixes
The following bugs were fixed:
- There were several formatting errors affecting the 'Short Answer' field on the custom application form:
- The width of the custom 'Short Answer' field was too narrow. This caused an applicant's answer that was longer than a few words to be cut off on the PDF version of the application.
- The formatting of custom 'Short Answer' questions on the PDF were incorrect and caused the answer to be printed above the question in a larger font.
- 'No Recruitment' vacancies were being listed on clients' public sites when they were not supposed to. This has been fixed so that vacancies marked as 'No Recruitment' are no longer appearing on public sites.
Granicus Video
Bug Fixes
The following bugs were fixed:
- Captions rendered by Granicus Captions did not display on mobile and tablet devices, in fullscreen view on desktop, or in embedded players. This prevented other captions solutions from displaying under the scroll bar in embed, fullscreen, and mobile views. Also, Granicus Captions were not displaying in Internet Explorer or Edge browsers.
- Custom agenda labels were not appearing in Video Anywhere.
- Agendas were not consistently loading in Video Anywhere.
iLegislate
Bug Fix
The following bug was fixed:
- On the desktop version of iLegislate, video playback was not working. This affected all desktop clients.
IQM2
Bug Fixes
The following bugs were fixed:
- When a hyphen was used in the middle of a search term it acted as the exclude operator. This prevented the search from returning as many results as it should have.
- Searches within Minutetraq client were showing more results than intended.
- Timestamps for minutes acceptance were not working consistently.
- Discussion field for Legifiles did not duplicate correctly when the template contains Word contents.
Legistar
Improvement
- We made the toolbar a darker shade of gray to ensure it stands out.
Bug Fix
The following bug was fixed:
- We removed an option from the Files menu. This option was supposed to be on the Agenda menu when the feature was enabled.
MediaManager
The following bugs were fixed:
- Agendas could not be downloaded as Word documents in MediaManager.
- Excel documents could not be opened in Excel from the agenda item in MediaManager or Video Player.
Peak Agenda
Improvement
- We made miscellaneous updates to our UX and UI, including reorganizing the left navigation menu in Peak Administration view. See the image below for the new organization:
Bug Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed:
- When editing a meeting type's structure or changing it's archive folder, only future meetings that belong to that meeting type will use the new archive folder. Previous meetings will not be affected.
- Coverpage links were showing up on agendas, even when the agenda template did not show a link to the coverpage.
- Some clients' agenda packets were not generating.
