Bug Fixes
- Colon character was appearing in the phone number column(s) of CSV exports.
- When citizens were filling out an application, the images uploaded for the map field option were not displaying.
Legistar and Insite
Bug Fixes
- When logged into Insite and taking an action, the Delegate To dropdown will be grayed out until the Delegate action is selected.
- If you clicked Go multiple times in the attachment utility screen, the total 'records found' would show the wrong number of attachments. We have fixed this to show the correct number.
- Changed the descriptive wording of the approval portion of Legistar to let user know that uploading documents from the portal will not automatically update in Legistar.
MediaManager and Granicus Video
- Various security upgrades and improvements.
- Media Manager users were unable to create a new view without an existing agenda template.
Peak
Improvements
- Clients who have Template Builder enabled can now generate an HTML version of cover pages. This is in addition to the existing PDF and DOCX formats. If the cover page report template is set up with hyperlinks for attachments, those links load the PDF version of the attachment. If you do not have Template Builder enabled but wish to, contact your Granicus account representative.
- Downloaded Minutes can now be published in HTML format, if you have Template Builder enabled. Publishing HTML Minutes to a viewpage is a separate capability and must be requested through your Granicus account representative. If Template Builder is not enabled, you will only see the DOCX and PDF download buttons for Minutes.
Bug Fix
- Member lists for Peak meeting bodies were displaying a one day difference in start and end dates from what was stored in data used in reports/dates displayed for the roster member in the corresponding board for Boards and Commissions customers. After release of this fix, the start and end dates for members will correctly display what is stored in the data (they will likely have moved forward one day). Edit the member and reset the dates if they are incorrect.
