Boards and Commissions
Bug fixes
The following bugs have been fixed:
- Some clients were not seeing the 'User Permissions' option by default.
- Occasionally, emails for a subset of clients were not sending correctly from Boards and Commissions.
- When using the 'Single Board and Detail Pane' widget, it would cause extra whitespace to appear above the scroll bar. This whitespace will no longer appear in the widget.
Legistar and Insite
New feature
We added the ability to include all attachments in a packet even if the attachment(s) is not selected to show in reports. This feature is helpful when a packet has lots of confidential attachments and the client wants to be able to easily create two versions; one with attachments for internal use and another without attachments for the public.
How to use this feature:
- When running a file or agenda packet with the 'Include Attachments' checkbox checked, the packet will include all attachments, even those without 'Print with Reports' checked.
- When running a packet normally (without checking 'Include Attachments') it will only include the attachments that have 'Print with Reports' checked (this is the legacy way of running a packet).
Improvements
If scanned documents contain colons, we are stripping them out to avoid errors.
We have fixed an issue where moving attachments with the new double arrows would occasionally not put attachments in the correct order after a certain sequence of moves.
- We no longer allow a user to create a new text file version if there is a paused or running ATS sequence. The sequence must be completed or canceled first in order to not end up with several running sequences.
- Added Calibri as a font option for 'Text Editor - Default font' and 'Default font for RTF action notes' settings.
Bug fixes
The following bugs have been fixed:
- Some clients were unable to add scanned documents as attachments to legislative files.
- Agendas were loading as a blank page. To fix this, we updated two settings to use 'https' instead of 'http'.
MediaManager and Granicus Video
Improvements
- Improved contrast on the video player navigations and for agenda items listed below on the video player to meet WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
- Improved the trimming experience for long videos. Previously when trying to trim a video, the video player was cut off on the far right side.
Bug fixes
The following bugs have been fixed:
- In MediaManager Reports, the dropdown arrow for the date selection was not working correctly.
- When creating a new event or event series with the 'Show on Upcoming Events' box unchecked, it would save the event or series of events with 'Show on Upcoming Events' checked.
- When meetings ended, the video player content was not consistently transitioning to a landing page that said the live stream had ended.
- Agenda and minutes files were not loading to the size of the player window.
- The "What media your citizens are viewing" report in Media Manager Reports had little to no data for customers that use the Video Anywhere player.
Peak Agenda
Improvement
- When an Admin updates, adds, or deletes a section on a meeting type any current or future meetings using that meeting type with no items will see the changes reflected. No changes will be applied to current and future meetings that do have items. Past meetings with or without items will not be changed.
