Boards and Commissions

Improvement

  • When historical records of user applications are imported by Granicus, an application snapshot record will be created for each board that is included in an application, in addition to the creation of a person record. The person record and application snapshot will be appropriately dated to match the "submitted at" date included with the historical data. If no "submitted at" date is included for a record, the relevant person and/or application snapshots will be dated with the date the import is performed.

Bug Fixes

  • Some questions types that were present in an application would prevent exporting application snapshot PDFs.
  • Peak people not associated with a Boards and Commissions application were appearing on the Boards and Commissions People page. With this update, Peak people will only appear on the People page if they also have an application for Boards and Commissions. They will also appear if they are assigned to a meeting body in Peak that creates an application snapshot if there isn't one already being used for said appointment. If the person is removed from the meeting body in Peak, the person will remain on the People page in Boards and Commissions due to the application snapshot that was created at time of their adding to the body.

Legistar and Insite

Bug Fixes

  • Insite alerts were not being sent out to customers.
  • In administration, header levels were not permitting users to save indentation with several values.

MediaManager and Granicus Video

Improvement

  • Various security upgrades and improvements.

Peak

Bug Fix

  • Improved the reliability of uploading custom agendas. Previously, users frequently encountered "Access Denied" errors when downloading a custom agenda that they had uploaded. These errors should no longer be occurring erroneously.
