Boards and Commissions

Improvement

The following improvement was made to an existing feature:
  • Custom emails can now be sent using templates that do not have an assigned trigger. This is helpful when you need only need to send an email once and to a specific person. 

Bug Fix

The following bug has been fixed:
  • When publishing an agenda packet from Boards and Commissions to Legistar, a success message was being displayed even when the packet was not successfully published to Legistar. 



Granicus Video

Bug Fixes

The following bugs were fixed:

  • When clients that have both Video Anywhere enabled and use the View Page Designer tried to use the search function on view pages, the video links for the filtered list of meetings were not opening in the player. 
  • The link to print vote log details was leading to a blank page.
 

IQM2

Improvement

The following improvement was made to an existing feature:

  • When using the track changes feature for legislative files, an extra prompt will confirm that you want to delete rich text fields. This is to prevent fields from being accidentally deleted.  

Bug Fix

The following bug has been fixed:

  • In MinuteTraq, changes to media points were not being saved if the start time was not filled in. 
 

Legistar and Insite

Bug Fix

The following bug has been fixed:
  • Fixed a security issue where a cookie was being used to display a user's name.
 

Peak Agenda

Improvement

The following improvement was made to an existing feature:
  • You can now upload a custom agenda instead of using the Peak generated agenda. To do this, first download the agenda generated by Peak and make any necessary changes. Next, upload the modified agenda for future use.

Bug Fix

The following bug has been fixed:

  • When republishing an agenda, some Minutes clients found that their roll call members were being duplicated. This is no longer an issue.
