  • An application would break for up to 24 hours when a user removed a section (e.g., demographic section) and then added it back.
  • Several clients who set their terms to automatically expire using the 'Automatically Expire Appointment Terms' checkbox, found that Appointments who reached their term end date were not being marked as 'Term Completed'.

Bug Fix

The following bug has been fixed:

  • When iLegislate was in landscape mode (iPad), the 'Forgot Password' link was no longer visible. This has been resolved for clients on the newest iOS version. If you do not have the latest iOS version, please download it from the app store.

The following improvements were made to existing features:

  • Added 'DateSigned' tag to the eSignature module within Minutetraq so clients can show the date on which the documents were signed.

    • Entering notes
  • FYI users were able to delete attachments on Insite.

Bug Fixes

The following bug was fixed:

Novus Agenda

Bug Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed:

  • Modified Request to Speak and Public Kiosk pages to refresh every 5 minutes. Previously, pages would appear to be of sync with the rest of the meeting and become unresponsive until refreshed.
  • Users who should not have access to the Meetings page were able to navigate to it using a bookmark. These users were unable to edit settings, but could still view information they should not have had access to.
  • A Video link for Agenda Items was sometimes showing on the public site before the Clerk selected it to show.
  • When navigating to page 2 of the meetings list to assign an item to a meeting, some users encountered a blank page.

Peak Agenda

Improvement

The following improvement was made to Peak Minutes:

  • Removed the distinction between 'unexcused' and 'excused' absences when taking roll call in Peak Minutes. Instead, members who are not present are just marked as 'absent'.

Bug Fix

The following bug has been fixed:

  • When recording a motion, the 'Mark for All' button, when used, gave members marked as 'absent' during roll call a 'For' vote.
