New Feature: Drafting Attachment Checklist Template

This new feature allows Legistar administrators to create an attachment template checklist for any file type. The checklist contains a list of the attachments that need to be added before the item can be submitted for approval. This list of required attachments will then show up in red text on the Attachments tab when a new file is created. Once a file is uploaded, the attachment name text turns green to indicate it has been successfully uploaded. If an attachment is not required, the attachment name will appear in black text. Drafters can reorder attachments with black and green text while attachments in red text will always appear at the bottom of the list and cannot be reordered. If a drafter tries to start an approval tracking sequence without all the required attachments they will receive an error message. If necessary, a drafter can be granted permission to start an approval tracking sequence without all the required attachments. While this feature has made some changes to the adding attachments workflow for drafters, most of the process remains the same.
